Eleri only uses the very best ingredients - fresh farm eggs, the highest standard of butter and dried fruits, and to give it that extra kick, as part of the process of maturing the cake, she adds a little brandy. Fruit or sponge cakes are available, in a traditional or modern way - exactly as you wish. Eleri also creates all the decorations and flowers by hand, and she welcomes the opportunity to design and decorate the cake in a way that complements the wedding's own colours and themes.

Eleri has been cooking and baking since she was young, and was a keen competitor with the young farmers and in local shows. Following a catering course at Llandrillo College, she was the chef at a local hotel, and making wedding cakes for many years in her spare time. As a mother of five, she also knows a bit about baking cakes at home! She has recently opened a bakery next to Y Felin.
